1. Create a tutorial video that depicts at least one of Intel Easy Steps activity cards(found on http://intel.ly/1gTyATV) and be eligible to win special prizes from Intel; OR
2. Make a tutorial video by choosing one of the topics below and connecting it to Digital Literacy:
- Hygiene and Sanitation
- Disaster Risk Reduction and Management
- Online Entrepreneurship and Employment
- Cyber Security, Netiquette, and Cyber Bullying
- Workplace Safety and Health

| The Mechanics |

Read the Guidelines before you submit your video. Read them all first. Please. Really. We mean it.
1. Shoot your short film entirely on any smartphone that shoot HD video.
2. The length of the video can be 1 to 3 minutes. It may NOT EXCEED 3 minutes.
3. You may capture the audio in a separate audio recorder or use the audio from mobile device.
4. Upload your short video files in full resolution using H.264 .mov through WeTransfer to [email protected].
5. Submitted entries should follow the file name format as specified below:
DigiBayanihan_Title of the Video.mov
6. NO nudity, NO profanity, NO extreme violence and NO racist content is allowed. The videos will be screened at high schools.
7. The short film MUST be an original production. It may not infringe on the copyright, trademark or other rights of any individual.
8. You CANNOT use “Copyrighted Material” unless you have documentation to prove that you have legal authorization from the record label, artist, musicians, etc.
9. Videos need to be submitted by 15 July 2015. |

ASSIST has sole and absolute discretion to determine which submission entries, if any, merit an award. ASSIST reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to change, modify, extend or reduce the terms and conditions of, or to suspend or terminate, the competition and/or Awarding Ceremony without prior notice. ASSIST will endeavor to inform participants of any such change, modification, extension, reduction, suspension or termination, as the case may be, through any media outlet deemed appropriate by ASSIST in its sole and absolute discretion. ASSIST further reserves the right to nullify and/or cancel any part or all of the competition if it appears that any fraud or malfunctions have occurred in any form whatsoever. Each participant undertakes to indemnify and keep ASSIST harmless from and against any loss, damage, claims, costs and expenses which may be incurred by or asserted against ASSIST as a result of such participant's participation in the competition.
Participation in the competition and submission of videos grants ASSIST to use videos and your name to be published as selected award winners in ASSIST’s print and digital exhibitions, events, and other public venues, published on websites owned by or in alliance with ASSIST as award winners; and used for promotions of ASSIST. ENTRANTS RETAIN OWNERSHIP AND ALL OTHER RIGHTS TO FUTURE USE OF THEIR VIDEOS. ASSIST shall have the right to verify, in their sole judgment, winner eligibility.
